Deleting your Transcriptio account

How to delete it

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It happens immediately.

By email: write to bercenilabs@gmail.com from the email address of your account, asking for deletion. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details, your plan, monthly minutes, cloud transcription job details, and any audio still waiting for cloud transcription.

What is kept, anonymized

Bug reports and feature requests you sent keep their text, kind, app version and date. Your email, the link to your account and the diagnostics (phone model, logs) are removed.

What isn't affected

Recordings and transcripts on your phone stay until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Files in your Google Drive stay in your Drive; you can delete the "Transcriptio" folder there yourself. The website keeps nothing about you, so there is nothing to delete there.
